Dragon Age II removed from Steam

Today marks the arrival of the first slice of DLC for BioWare’s Dragon Age 2 and the removal of Dragon Age 2 from Steam.

This is not the first time an EA title has been pulled from Steam. Crysis 2 disappeared in similar fashion, with EA pinning blame on a licensing dispute with Valve’s DLC policies. So, it’s highly likely that the newly released Dragon Age II’s “Legacy” DLC is the reason for the sudden omission.

Valve and EA are both yet to comment.
