Square Enix have recently released a new video for their forthcoming title, Final Fantasy XIII-2, the direct sequel to last year’s Final Fantasy XIII.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 Producer Kitase Yoshinori and Toriyamu Motomu, the Director, both deliver their own insights in the commentary for this latest gameplay trailer, showing how exploration is back in the series with a vengeance, and how the combat and visuals have changed since the first release of Final Fantasy XIII.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 is looking great, building upon the foundations set in FF XIII, but seeking to improve on the previous game in each department, which has to be a good thing.
Final Fantasy XIII-2 is scheduled for a release in early 2012.
