More Resident Evil HD revamps confirmed for PS3

Capcom has revealed plans to release a Resident Evil HD Selection for PlayStation 3 in Japan.

Resident Evil Chronicles HD Selection will include on-rails shooters Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, released on Wii in 2007 and 2009 respectively.

The game’s release date and pricing is still unknown, and it’s also unclear at this point whether the two titles will be released separately on PSN like Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Code: Veronica.

We’ll keep you posted on this addition to PS3’s Resident Evil catalogue as more details emerge.
