Bethesda has released some sales figure details of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. According to Bethesda, Skyrim has shifted over 3.4 million units at retail in first two days on sale.

Bethesda provided the breakdown of these numbers with respect to platforms — 59% of units were sold on the X360 (2 million copies), 27% on the PS3 (900,000), and 14% (475,000) on PC. The PC sales number is a bit misleading as the figures do not include digital sales.

The publisher also confirmed that 2.5 million of the total units were sold in Americas, and the remaining 950,000 units in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
