Rumour: Next-Gen Xbox coming November 2013

More rumours have hits the web today on the subject of the next generation Xbox.

Sources cited as being “close to the project’s development” are claiming that the next generation of Xbox is to run on an extremely powerful processor based off AMD’s 6000 series, meaning that the console will be essentially six times more powerful than the Xbox 360.

The processor itself is said to be 20% more powerful than the release specs of the Wii U and offers support for DirectX11, multi-display output, 3D and 1080P HD output.

Rumours are also flying about projected release dates, and the same sources are claiming that the ’720′ will be shipped to retailers in late 2013, specifically around October or early November.

Developers meanwhile are apparently going to get their hands on dev kits later this year, around August.
