Codemasters tease upcoming GRID 2 reveal

Codemasters has confirmed the long awaited sequel to one of this generation’s most widely respected racing titles, Race Driver: GRID.

Though no official title has yet been announced, the logo featured in the trailer hints that the videogame may simply be titled ‘GRID 2.’

Recently official Xbox Magazine UK claimed, “The Grid team at Codemasters is actively working on GRID 2. It’s likely to arrive after the release of F1 2012 [in September]“.

Not a lot is currently known about GRID 2 at present, though a date proposed at the end of the teaser suggests an August 8 official reveal.
