Darksiders 2 ‘Last Salvation’ CGI trailer
Vigil Games and THQ have released a brand-new TV commercial for the upcoming Darksiders II.
In the Darksiders II launch TV commercial, Death bears witness to the earthly Apocalypse, then enters Hell itself to face down a horde of demons and an enemy that even he may not be able to bring down.
The commercial, subtitled “Last Salvation” is composed entirely of pre-rendered content, so don’t expect any additional gameplay footage here.
Darksiders II follows the exploits of Death, one of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, in a weaving tale that runs parallel to the events in the original Darksiders game.
This epic journey propels Death through various light and dark realms as he tries to redeem his brother War, the horseman who was blamed for prematurely starting the Apocalypse in Darksiders.
Darksiders II is schedule to launch on August 14.
