Sega has announced that Jet Set Radio HD will launch for the PS3 on September 11th for PlayStation Plus members, while everyone else will have to wait until September 18.
Xbox 360 and Steam users will be able to pick up the remake on September 19.
Those of you who are looking to check out the Dreamcast classic on PlayStation Vita will be able to do so on October 16. All dates mentioned here are North American release dates – the European (or PAL) launch usually follows a day or two later.
The graffiti-spraying Dreamcast classic will set you back $9.99/800 Microsoft Points – not a bad price considering this is not a straight port of the old game. The HD re-release incorporates a host of new features, such as online leaderboards and a new camera system.
In Jet Set Radio, you can play as 15 different characters, build your own graffiti, explore Tokyo-to and Grind City, perform killer stunts on futuristic inline skates, and express yourself by tagging walls, billboards, cars, and rival gang members.
