Nintendo unveils artwork, character renders for ‘New Super Mario Bros. U’

Nintendo have released a new set of artworks and renders from their upcoming Wii U platformer, New Super Mario Bros. U.
Unlike New Super Mario Bros. Wii, which had separate maps for each of the game’s worlds, New Super Mario Bros. U features one large map containing all the game’s worlds and levels, similar to that of Super Mario World. Some levels have multiple exits that lead to different areas on the map.
It will be the fourteenth title in the main Super Mario series and the ninth installment in the Super Mario Bros. series. The game can be played with Wii Remotes or the Wii U GamePad.
