God of War: Ascension trailer explores multiplayer

Sony has released a new developer diary from their upcoming beat ‘em up, God of War: Ascension which offers new detail on multiplayer characters and weapons.

God of War: Ascension’s plot takes place before the events of the first God of War and sees the Ghost of Sparta attempt to break free of Ares’ bonds.

In this new Behind the Scenes video, Santa Monica Studios devs discuss the genesis of Multiplayer in God of War: Ascension from the inception of an idea, all the way through to the final, epic God of War: Ascension game.

God of War: Ascension will be released exclusively for the PlayStation 3 on March 12, 2013.
